Terms and Conditions

Unless specified otherwise on the specific event, GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY is as follows:

You may cancel your programme before 7 Days of the Event with 90% refund.

Cancel the booking less than 7 days and more than 48Hrs of the event, 70% will be refunded

Cancel the booking within 48 Hrs of the event ONLY 20% will be refunded.

If a programme is cancelled due to any inconvenience from our side, full amount will be refunded.

What to Bring

Personal Items: Towel, toiletries, single bed linen, single duvet cover, and pillowcase.

Spiritual Items: Bible, notebook, rosary, and pen.

Additional Essentials: Water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing for Feb.

Please bring your prescribed medications, if any.

Event Guidelines

Ø Prohibited Items: Please do not bring cigarettes, alcohol or playing cards to the conference.

Ø Preparation: We encourage you to pray and prepare for a spiritually fruitful experience.

Ø Accommodation provided will be on shared basis.

Ø Retreat attendees are required to stay in accommodation provided strictly.
